  • We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your location, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and 2-Day or Next-Day Shipping. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order as well as your shipping address.
  • We use reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping fees are determined based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the delivery destination. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our services.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery generally takes 2-3 business days.
  • 2-Day or Next-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST). Delivery will be made within 2 business days or the following business day, respectively.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier and your location. Carilomaxcity is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or weather-related disruptions.

Shipping Address:

  • When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment online.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
